1. The Promoter
The promoter is: MANC CHANCE LTD, Company Number 16817898, whose registered office is at MANC CHANCE LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. The competition
- These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter's website (the "MancChance Website").
- The Promoter may offer different competition formats. Subject to clause 2.3, an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
- To be in with a chance of winning, every Entrant must correctly answer a skill question set by the Promoter (the "Competition Question"). Where the Promoter offers a multiple-choice question or does not ask a Competition Question, a free postal entry route is available.
3. How to enter
- Each competition runs from the opening date to the closing date specified on the Website (London, England time).
- The Promoter may change opening or closing dates when absolutely necessary. The Promoter will not extend a closing date simply to sell more entries.
- All entries must be received by the specified closing time. Late entries are disqualified and no refunds are given.
- Maximum entry limits, where stated on the Website, apply per person and per competition.
- Entrants must open an account on the Website before entering. Only one account per person is permitted.
- All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages are disqualified without refund.
Free postal entry
You may enter for free by post. Send your entry by first or second class post to:

Hand-delivered entries are not accepted. Bulk entries in one envelope count as a single entry.
4. Choosing a winner
The Promoter may use different draw methods depending on the competition format, including main draws, instant wins, and automated draws when the closing date or sell-out is reached.

5. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, connected agents or suppliers, and their immediate families or households.
No refunds are given if you are ineligible, become ineligible after entering, or are disqualified. Fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or interference with the Website may void all entries and result in a ban from future competitions.
6. The prize
Prize details are stated on each competition page. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary. Cash alternatives may be offered where stated.
Prizes are not negotiable or transferable unless stated otherwise. Where a prize is unavailable in the requested specification, a cash alternative listed on the competition may be offered.
7. Winners
The Promoter's decision is final. Winners are contacted using details provided with the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim within 14 days, the prize may be offered to the next eligible entrant.
To comply with ASA requirements, surname and county of major prize winners may be published on the Website or made available on request.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General
- The Promoter may amend these terms. The latest version is always published on the Website.
- Competitions on the Website are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or any social platform.
- These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
You should print a copy of these terms and keep them for your records.
